Return/Refund Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.  We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.  

 

All our products are fully customizable so there is no need to return the product.

 

FunFaces may give refunds for some online purchases, depending on the refund policies.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:
 

Clearance Items
Gift Cards
Personalized Items
Bundle items at discounted rates
Items marked “Non-Returnable”
Items you have already assembled

 

However, if your items are damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply.  In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.


To start a return, contact sales@funfaces.fun to request a step-by-step instructions guide for your order.


* Time – You have 3 days from the received date to request a refund


* Method of refund – All refunds are processed into the original payment method.  Refunds might take 5-7 business days and reflect on the bank statement.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


* Product condition – Unassembled, and unopened items are only considered refundable.
